Hacienda Sonora is a farm with over a century of history, owned by the Guardia family. In the 1970s, the farm was taken over by Alberto Guardia, who began experimenting with various coffee processing methods in the 1990s. He built his own processing station, gaining complete control over the process and the quality of each batch.

Today, Alberto, along with his son Diego, continues the family legacy. Their farm encompasses 80 hectares of coffee plantations and 20 hectares of protected forest, which provides a natural habitat for local fauna and flora. Each cup from Sonora represents a blend of tradition, passion, and respect for nature.
