At the time of placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Twoja Kawa reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason and at its own discretion. Your order will not be accepted until the Twoja Kawa shop confirms its acceptance. Before accepting the order, we must receive and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before placing it, as the Twoja Kawa shop may not support cancellation requests once the order has been accepted. In the event of a rejection, change, or cancellation of an order, we will notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange exclusively in accordance with our Return Policy.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Upon transferring the products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, texts, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio materials, as well as their design, selection, and arrangement, are the property of the Twoja Kawa shop, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by US and foreign laws concerning the protection of patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights.

These Terms permit you to use the Services solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
