This coffee comes from producers affiliated with the New Murarandia Farmers Cooperative Society, an organization that brings together over 650 smallholder farmers in the Muranga region, south of Nyeri. Individual farmers work on very small plots of land, typically less than one hectare, and the coffee they harvest is sent to the Murarandia Factory, which has operated as a local processing station since 1997.

The cooperative has been collaborating with Sucafina/Kahawa Bora for years, benefiting from their support in modern agronomic practices and coffee processing methods. The result of this collaboration is a raw material of impressive purity, consistency, and exceptional care that distinguishes every batch from Murarandia.
